Kristin Rosenberg: Vigna marina - Markinenjojo That Markinenjojo is a member of the pea family Leguminosae is of little surprise to even the most novice botanist. The yellow flowers and long, slender, nearly cylindrical seed pods are distinctive to that family. Because the long twining vines are very susceptible to frost, it does best in warm climates and has been grown for both agricultural and ornamental purposes.
