The Flowering Tobacco Plant Nicotiana sanderae is a decorative form of the tobacco plant which was first introduced to Britain from St. Kitts. Coming in many colors, hummingbirds love these star-shaped trumpets of color. Nicotiana are fragrant, tubular flowers in shades of white, red, or pink. They grow in any garden soil and prefer full sun to partial shade.
