Gallery of Artwork Originals websites located at www.WindRiverStudios.com
and www.artworkoriginals.com; (c) the Unicover Packaging websites located at

collectively as the "Sites"), which are owned and operated by The Unicover
Corporation, referred to hereunder as "Unicover", "we", "us", "our", etc.
All references to Unicover include our subsidiaries, divisions and
affiliates.
We believe you should know how we use and disclose personal
and other information provided to us via the Sites. Accordingly, we have
created this Privacy Policy in order to educate you as to how we collect
information, how we use it, and what controls and options you have. Please
read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you have any questions or
concerns, please
contact us by email.
Information We Collect
In general, you may visit any of our Sites without telling us who you
are or submitting any personally identifiable information. However, certain
activities at the Sites may require that you provide information to us. In
addition, non-identifying information may be gathered automatically. The
following section provides additional information regarding personal
information and non-identifying information.
Personal Information
Personally identifiable information is information that can be used to
identify or contact you, or others, such as (1) name, (2) email address,
(3) postal address, (4) telephone number, (5) date of birth, (6) credit
card information, (7) company information and other contact details, and
(8) hobbies, career and educational information that might be included in
your resume submitted to us in connection with a job opening ("Personal
Information").
Unicover only collects Personal Information that you choose to share
with us, such as when you (1) contact us via the Sites, (2) order products,
(3) register at one of the Sites, (4) submit your resume electronically,
(5) reply to communications sent by us, (6) enter one of our contests or
sweepstakes, or (7) call us at one of the telephone numbers listed on the
Site. If you give us Personal Information about somebody else, such as a
spouse or work colleague, we will assume that you have their permission to
do so. We use the Personal Information in the manner and for the purposes
described under the section "Use of Your Personal Information" below.
Cookies, Web Beacons and Other Technologies
When we collect Personal Information from you in a transaction, we may
extract some information about that transaction in a non-identifying format
and combine it with other non-identifying information such as clickstream
data. This information is used and analyzed only at an aggregate level to
help us understand trends and patterns. This information is not reviewed at
an individual level. If you do not want your transaction details used in
this manner you can disable your "cookies", described in greater detail
below.
We collect the information we mentioned in the previous paragraph through
the use of various technologies, including one called "cookies". A cookie
is a piece of data that a website can send to your browser, which may then
be stored on your computer as an anonymous tag that identifies your
computer but not you. Some Unicover pages use cookies sent by us, or other
technologies to better serve you when you return to our Sites. You can set
your browser to notify you before you receive a cookie, giving you the
chance to decide whether to accept it. You can also set your browser to
turn off cookies. If you do so, however, some pages of our Sites may not
work properly.
Some of the Sites may use web beacons or other technologies to better
tailor those Sites to provide better customer service. When a visitor
accesses certain pages of our Sites, a notice (which does not contain any
Personal Information) of that visit is generated which may be processed by
us or by our suppliers. These web beacons usually work in conjunction with
cookies. If you don't want your cookie information to be associated with
your visits to these pages, you can set your browser to turn off cookies.
If you turn off cookies, web beacon and other technologies will still
detect visits to these pages, but the notices they generate cannot be
associated with other cookie information and are disregarded. For more
information about cookies, please refer to the Help feature of your web
browser.
Supplementing Information
From time to time, we may supplement information you give us via the
Sites with information from other sources, such as information validating
your address or other available information about businesses. This is to
help us maintain the accuracy of the information we collect and to help us
provide a better service. All supplemental information is treated in
accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Service Quality Monitoring
Certain Site transactions may also involve you calling us or our calling
you. Please be aware that it is Unicover's general practice to monitor and
in some cases record such calls for staff training or quality assurance
purposes.
Representation Regarding Accuracy
Any Personal Information or other submission you provide to Unicover
must be true, accurate, current, non-misleading, and consistent and
relevant for the purpose for which you are providing the information. In
addition, you hereby acknowledge and confirm to Unicover that you are over
the age of 18, and have the authority to provide the information submitted
to and through the Sites. You hereby agree that Unicover reserves the right
to verify such accuracy and authority from time to time.
Children
We understand that children may wish to access our Sites for educational
and reference purposes, however the interactive components of the Sites are
not intended for use by children under the age of 13. Unicover does not
knowingly collect Personal Information from children in this age group, but
if we become aware that a user under the age of 13 has provided us with
Personal Information or is attempting to do so, we will notify the user
that we may not accept his or her Personal Information. We will then
expunge any related Personal Information from our records.

We occasionally make portions of our mailing list available to other
carefully screened companies. This information includes only the name and
postal address. As a result, you may receive mailings from other reputable
companies. You can, however, have your name put on our "do-not-share" list
as a registered customer directly online or by contacting us via email,
postal mail, or telephone in accordance with the "Opt Out" procedures below.
If you supply us with your telephone numbers, you may receive telephone
contacts from us with information regarding orders you have placed online.
Please provide us with your correct phone number. We do not share telephone
numbers with anyone else.
We may use your email addresses to send you information about new
products and services or upcoming events. If you do not want us to contact
you by email, you can choose to opt out by following the "Opt Out"
procedures below. We do not share email addresses with anyone else.

In the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, dissolution, or transfer of
substantially all of the assets of Unicover, subject to your opt out
choices below, all Personal Information and other information collected
about you from the Sites may be sold, assigned, or transferred to the
acquiring entity. By using these Sites and submitting your information to
us, you hereby consent to the sale and transfer of your information as
described in this paragraph.
Unicover reserves the right to disclose any information gathered via the
Sites (1) to other persons as required by applicable law or regulation; or
(2) to law enforcement personnel and agencies; or (3) as part of a legal
process, in order to protect our property, or in furtherance of an
investigation regarding a breach of the Sites' rules and policies,
unauthorized access to or use of the Sites, or any other illegal
activities.
Other than as specified in this Privacy Policy, Unicover does not sell,
transfer or otherwise disclose the information submitted via our Sites.
Information Security and Quality
We intend to protect your Personal Information and to maintain its
quality. We implement appropriate measures and processes, such as using
encryption when transmitting certain sensitive information, to help keep
your information secure and to maintain its quality.

otherwise process information on its behalf. It is Unicover's practice to
require such suppliers to handle information in a manner consistent with
Unicover's policies.
Limitation on Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL UNICOVER BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR
PUNITIVE LOSS, DAMAGES OR EXPENSES EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THEIR
POSSIBLE EXISTENCE, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE CLAIM OR SUIT OR THE
TYPE OF DAMAGES.
SUBJECT TO THE FOREGOING, IN NO EVENT SHALL UNICOVER'S LIABILITY IN ANY
